INSTALLATION GUIDE
STIGA A 3000 installation procedure
STIGA autonomous GNSS/virtual-boundary installation · STIGA.GO
Important: This is a MowerFixAI installation workflow, not a replacement for the product manual. Exact cable offsets, station clearances, slope limits, electrical requirements and positioning accessories vary by model/year. Follow the manufacturer manual where it differs.
Step-by-step installation
- Step 1. Survey the lawn and confirm the model's positioning requirements, including sky view, Wi-Fi/cellular coverage and any RTK/reference-station requirements.
- Step 2. Choose and install the charging station on suitable level ground with safe mains power and the clear approach required by the manufacturer.
- Step 3. Install/configure the model's reference station, antenna or positioning service if required, then charge and pair the mower with the official app.
- Step 4. Use the manufacturer's mapping workflow to create the work boundary; add no-go/stay-out zones, channels/paths and separate work areas as supported.
- Step 5. Set cutting height, mowing schedule and positioning/network settings.
- Step 6. Supervise initial mowing and docking runs, inspect difficult edges/trees/buildings for positioning issues, and refine the map using only supported app controls.
Before the first unattended mow
- Confirm blades and underside are clear and guards/covers are fitted.
- Verify charging and docking repeatedly.
- Check boundaries/no-go zones beside roads, water, drops, steps and public areas.
- Supervise the first full mowing cycle and correct any unsafe or unreliable area before normal operation.
