Why does my Navimow dock but not charge?

Check station power, clean/dry accessible charging contacts and confirm the mower is sitting correctly on the station. If station communication is also abnormal, diagnose that before replacing the battery.
Use the exact mower manual/error message before ordering parts. Isolate power before inspecting moving components.
