Privacy Notice

Last updated: 22 August 2026

Information used

When you create an account, MowerFixAI uses your email address and account identifier to authenticate you, start the free-access period and verify paid access. Anonymous usage events may record page, landing source, country code, diagnostic stage and a random browser-session identifier. Diagnostic analytics are not intended to contain names, mower serial numbers or payment-card details.

Payments and service providers

Payments are processed by Stripe. MowerFixAI does not receive or store complete card details. Website hosting, server functions, account authentication and operational storage are provided through Netlify services. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms and applicable data-protection obligations.

Why information is used

Information is used to provide account access, prevent duplicate trials or payments, verify purchases, secure owner-only functions, measure genuine traffic, diagnose service faults, answer support requests and comply with legal obligations.

Retention and rights

Account and payment-reference information may be retained while needed to provide purchased access and meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute obligations. Anonymous analytics may be retained for service measurement. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to certain processing.

Contact

For privacy questions or rights requests, email mowerfixai@mowerfixai.com. Include enough information to identify the relevant account, but never send payment-card details by email.

Terms and Access Policy

Cookie and analytics choices

Strictly necessary browser storage may be used to provide requested features. Optional first-party analytics are disabled unless you choose to accept them. You can change your analytics choice at any time using the Privacy choices control.

MowerFixAI Pro

Pro test builds can store customer, project and work-order information locally in the technician's browser. Dealers should enter only information needed for the repair. Real customer data should not be entered into the test build. A production dealer deployment requires appropriate controller/processor terms, access controls and retention settings.

Your data protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
